Customer Service/ Administration Professional

We are seeking a skilled customer service/administration professional to join our team. The duties and responsibilities vary each day of the week. This position would be a perfect fit for someone who is a quick learner, adaptable, and able to multi-task.

Job Duties:

  • Customer service duties (outgoing & incoming phone calls, responding to emails, booking classified ads, resolving customer issues & taking payments).
  • Solicit & service classified picture & line ad accounts by telephone, email, text etc. (puppies, events, services, real estate etc.).
  • Generate local content of upcoming events and points of interests for our four markets: Eastern Washington; North Idaho; Lewiston/Clarkston; & Wenatchee/Moses Lake.
  • Communicate with sales representatives regarding leads for new sources for advertising.
  • Assist in preparing documentation and distribution of advertising (filing, mail outs, subscriptions, tears, etc).
  • Lead the front office with incoming calls & walk-in office customers.
  • Proofing/editing content and advertising to our publishing standard.
  • Efficient organization while multi-tasking.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Experience/Skills:

  • College degree in business or related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Computer proficiency.
  • Understanding of sales process and dynamics.
  • Information and records organization.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment & be able to multi-task.

Pay/Benefits

  • Hourly pay. Medical available after 3 months full time. Dental available (employee pay). Simple IRA plan after 1 year.
  • Job Type: Full-time at our Office on Trent in Spokane
  • Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
