Job Responsibilities As an Administrative Assistant / Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include: Answering and directing phone calls, emails, and inquiries from clients and colleagues. Providing accurate information and assistance to clients with a friendly and professional demeanor. Coordinating and scheduling appointments and meetings, ensuring all logistical details are arranged. Maintaining and organizing files, records, and correspondence both electronically and physically. Assisting in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed. Ensuring the office environment is well-organized and stocked with necessary supplies. Collaborating with team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
