What You’ll Do: Design and lead fun, engaging programs that promote the physical, social, intellectual, and spiritual well-being of our residents Plan and facilitate daily activities, special events, and group programs Encourage resident participation and adapt activities to individual needs Foster a lively, inclusive community atmosphere Use your creativity to celebrate holidays, birthdays, and special moments Communicate regularly with residents, families, and staff

What You’ll Need: Must be 18 years or older High school diploma or GED required; college or related training a plus Experience planning and leading activities or events Previous experience working with senior adults strongly preferred
