Overview Accountant - Huntington Beach, CA - Part-Time at Your Part-Time Controller, LLC (YPTC). Responsibilities Weekly and monthly processing of accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll Bank account and balance sheet reconciliations Monthly financial statements and related analysis Grant tracking and monitoring Cash flow projections and monitoring Preparation for outside audits Qualifications Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance (required) Minimum 3 years of related experience in public accounting and/or industry; 5+ years preferred Outstanding communication skills and positive attitude Knowledge of multiple accounting software packages; QuickBooks experience is a plus Intermediate Excel skills Willingness to travel to client offices as needed when it is safe to do so Nonprofit experience preferred, but not required Part-time employees are expected to work during normal business hours to best serve clients Offer and Work Model Hybrid work environment (on-site and remote) Standard 35-hour full-time work week for full-time positions; part-time positions available with prorated benefits Pro-rated vacation and sick time based on hours worked for part-time staff 401(k) with employer match Professional development opportunities and reimbursement Company-provided laptop and technology stipend Competitive compensation: Starting hourly rate $30$45 for this non-exempt role; total compensation may increase with overtime and bonuses How to Apply Apply now or visit our website to learn more about Your Part-Time Controller.
