Accountant

Objective:

We are currently looking for an accountant with a passionate desire to use their gifts to serve the Kingdom of God. If you are a skilled and gifted accountant who loves numbers, details, and financial reporting, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Documenting accounting information by entering information
• Create and send invoices and monthly statements
• Record sales transactions into the general ledger
• Prepare journal entries
• Review and ensure the accurate reporting of financial transactions
• End of month account reconciliations and month end close tasks
• Reconcile complex general ledger accounts, verifying accurate GL balances and ensuring proper and relevant support documentation
• Communication of financial information, tools and resources inside the organization
• Various administrative duties as needed
• Various reporting duties that include collecting, writing reporting and reporting data

Salary Range: $38,400- $48,000 per year

Hours: 40 hours per week
