As an Account Executive I - Retail Media, you'll develop / deepen relationships with strategic suppliers, collaborate with marketing teams and agencies to integrate H-E-B into media and shopper programs.

What is the work? Management / Sales: - Participates in sharing use of H-E-B media products to deliver value to customers that align with their specific business objectives - Serves as communications liaison between customers and internal teams - Creates reports and forecasts for stakeholders using key account metrics - Reviews / reports on customer retention, business opportunities, and market trends - Participates in developing / delivering sales bids, proposals, and presentations - Resolves customer issues and problems; ensures high-quality customer service; ensures correct product and service delivery in a timely manner - Develops sales programs designed to achieve budgeted sales goals and volume - Assists in maintaining supplier relationships to form strategic joint business plans - Assesses customer needs; recommends appropriate services and solutions; ensures satisfaction, engagement, and robust relationship health - Partners with marketing teams and agencies to integrate H-E-B into media, shopper programs - Grows client lists; may generate new business; supports pitches for new business and client on-boarding
What is your background? - A related degree or comparable formal training, certification, or work experience - 3+ years of related experience
