Job Title: Public Area Attendant (Housekeeping) Location: The Sinclair, Fort Worth, Texas, USA

About the Opportunity: Corporate is seeking a dedicated Public Area Attendant to join our Housekeeping team at The Sinclair in Fort Worth, Texas. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of all public areas, ensuring a pleasant guest experience.

What you'll get to do: - Clean and disinfect assigned public areas, including furniture, carpets, draperies, and upholstered furniture - Make beds, change sheets, and tidy guest personal belongings as required - Sweep, mop, and wash floors, as well as spot clean walls and doors - Restock towels and supplies in public restrooms - Use correct cleaning chemicals according to OSHA regulations and company safety/sanitation requirements - Report maintenance problems for guest satisfaction - Ensure the confidentiality and security of all guest rooms - Comply with all company policies and procedures, including safety and sanitation policies - Work in a safe manner when handling heavy loads or heavily soiled linen - Understand and follow emergency procedures for the Housekeeping department and the entire hotel - May be required to work evenings, weekends, and/or overtime

Skills and Experience: - Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required - Strong organizational skills and ability to follow instructions accurately - Ability to work with a minimum of supervision and maintain excellent attendance and punctuality - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform repetitive tasks - Ability to carry or lift up to 50 pounds and perform strenuous activities such as standing, walking, stooping, bending, kneeling, crouching, pushing, pulling, and twisting for extended periods - Fluency in English is desired
