Position: 2nd Shift Production Lead
Job Summary
We are looking for a Machine Operator to work directly under our Floor Supervisor. This position will gain first-hand knowledge of EPS manufacturing processes.
Pay: $20 USD/hr
Responsibilities
Ability to lead, motivate, and direct individuals and teams Excellence in verbal and written communication Organized with a strong work ethic Positive attitude Ability to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis Assist Production Supervisor with responsibilities including, but not limited to; Supervision of facility and facility staff Lead and direct the activity of assigned production personnel and report production results and labor usage as required Communicate goals and expectations for shift employees Execution of production plan and assignments Track production metrics Troubleshoot problems with equipment when required. Escalate to Production Supervisor as needed Maintain/improve the condition of production equipment and facility Organize and track inventory using a systematic process Responsible for overseeing an effective quality system with adherence to GMP standards Organize and track all quality information in a clear and timely manner Work to improve quality standards in the production facility Implement and enforce safety guidelines Provide and document proper training for production staff Recommend methods to improve production and quality of production facility Qualifications Hardworking and enthusiastic personality Must be minimum of 18 years of age Critical thinking and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently with limited supervision Able to manage and set priorities in a changing environment High degree of self-motivation and flexibility. Analytical and structured work approach. Physical Demands Position may require periods of intense physical exertion in conditions of low to high temperatures and humidity. Position requires the ability to stand, bend, and stretch over extended periods of time during a normal work shift. Must be able to lift 25 lbs. Schedule Monday through Friday 2:30pm - 11pm Flexibility a must - schedule may changed based on production Benefits
