MATERIAL HANDLER Automation Personnel Services is looking for a  Material Handler  for a company based in Clanton, AL. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for ensuring the efficient movement, storage, and tracking of materials and products within a fast paced warehouse. Pay Rate $18.63per hour Schedule and Hours Monday through Friday, 5 00 am to 5 00 pm.Possible Saturdays and or Sundays with production needs. Material Handler  Duties and Responsibilities • Operating a forklift to move materials to the desired location• Support production by maintaining the required material on line per the scheduled • Load and unload materials as needed • Operate material handling safely and make daily maintenance checks • Break down boxes and bundle for shipment• Stage materials for production •Closely always follow safety regulations and guidelines, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment and securing loads properly.• All other duties as assigned Material Handler  Qualifications and Requirements • 2+ years in assembly/manufacturing setting • Previously certified operating a forklift • Shipping and receiving knowledge • Ability to understand and follow safety protocols and operating instructions to prevent accidents and injuries. • Physical strength and stamina to lift and move 50-pound loads safely and efficiently. • Automotive experience preferred  Job Type Full-time Benefits • Weekly Pay• 401(k) retirement plan• Medical, dental, vision, short-term disability and life insurance• 5 paid Vacation Days after 1 year of continuous service (paid as a service bonus)• 6 paid Holidays after 1500 continuous hours of service within a calendar year
