The role offers flexibility for either one full-time provider covering multiple offices or two part-time providers split between Orange County and the South Bay region. Candidates must have strong dermatology experience, the ability to practice autonomously, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care. Position DetailsOption 1: Full-Time PA/NP Competitive * *** $130,000 base + 30% of collections (flexible depending on experience). Responsibilities ** General Medical Dermatology Surgical Dermatology Minor Cosmetic Dermatology (Botox, fillers, etc.) Full benefits package , including health insurance, PTO, and retirement options. Ideal candidate will reside in the Huntington Beach or Long Beach areas for easier commute between Orange County and Redondo Beach clinics. Option 2: Two Part-Time PA/NPs One provider for Orange County region . One provider for South Bay region . Pro-rated salary based on part-time hours. Benefits not offered unless 30+ hours per week. Requirements Minimum 1?2 years of Dermatology experience required (medical, surgical, and cosmetic). Current, unrestricted California PA-C or NP license . Proven ability to practice independently in a fast-paced clinical setting. Strong interpersonal and patient education skills. Compensation & Benefits Base salary + collections bonus, benefits, PTO.
