Overview
A well-established Dermatology group is seeking an experienced
Physician Assistant (PA)
or
Nurse Practitioner (NP)
to join their growing practice. The role offers flexibility for either
one full-time provider
covering multiple offices or
two part-time providers
split between Orange County and the South Bay region.
Candidates must have strong dermatology experience, the ability to practice autonomously, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

$130,000 base + 30% of collections
(flexible depending on experience).
Responsibilities **
General Medical Dermatology
Surgical Dermatology
Minor Cosmetic Dermatology (Botox, fillers, etc.)
Full

Ideal candidate will reside in the
Huntington Beach or Long Beach areas
for easier commute between Orange County and Redondo Beach clinics.
Option 2: Two Part-Time PA/NPs
One provider for
Orange County region .
One provider for
South Bay region .
Pro-rated salary
based on part-time hours.
Benefits not offered
unless 30+ hours per week.
Requirements
Minimum 1?2 years of Dermatology experience
required (medical, surgical, and cosmetic).
Current, unrestricted
California PA-C or NP license .
Proven ability to
practice independently
in a fast-paced clinical setting.
Strong interpersonal and patient education skills.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary + collections bonus, benefits, PTO.
Pro-rated salary, benefits offered if 30+ hours/week.
