Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed to serve a diverse K-12 caseload in a school setting located in Courtland, VA. This contract position begins ASAP and extends through the end of the school year. Candidates with experience working in preschool through high school grades, including elementary and middle school levels, are encouraged to apply. Both full-time and part-time applicants will be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide speech-language therapy services to students in grades Pre-K through 12 according to individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Administer assessments and evaluate speech and language abilities.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student communication goals.
• Maintain accurate records and document progress.
• Adapt therapy strategies to meet a wide range of developmental and academic needs.
