Store Managers are responsible for hiring, developing, and leading all store associates while ensuring optimal customer experiences, effectively overseeing all store operations, and maintaining brand standards. Develop strategies and plans to achieve key performance indicators and financial targets through business analysis, action planning, effective communication, and consistent accountability. Assistant Managers support the Store Manager in all outlined areas and are responsible for all primary duties when the Store Manager is not present. **Primary Duties** 30% Brand: Supervise and support associates' daily goals to deliver exceptional client experiences, maximize sales/KPIs, and drive customer loyalty. Ensure brand standards such as merchandising, POGs, marketing, back rooms, and dress code are met. Resolve customer issues and analyze store trends to anticipate demands. 30% People: Engage, train, and develop teams to achieve positive results. Recruit actively to build a strong candidate network. Identify strengths and opportunities for associates, coaching or counseling as needed. Maintain positive relations, resolve concerns, and foster diversity and inclusion. 30% Operations: Execute company processes through training, management, and analysis. Support digital strategies like Omni-channel fulfillment.
