*SHIFTS: \*\*WEEKEND AVAILABILITY REQUIRED\*\**

* *9am-4pm* * *2pm-11:30pm/12am*

*PURPOSE:*

To serve the customer by creating encore experiences to ensure complete satisfaction through quick, friendly, and superior service.

*CASHIER:*

* Provide excellent & accurate customer service. * Ensure all areas are kept clean and well stocked. * Count change back to the guest to ensure the correct change is given. * Count money in cash drawers at the beginning of shift to ensure that amounts are correct.

*COOK:*

* Cook and package food which are prepared to order or kept warm until sold. * Operate large volume cooking equipment such as grills, deep-fat fryers, or griddles. * Maintain clean food preparation areas, cooking surfaces, and utensils following all personal hygiene policies and procedures. * Clean, stock and restock workstations.
