About the Role:
We're looking for a motivated and knowledgeable Workers' Compensation Attorney to handle a variety of cases, represent clients in hearings and negotiations, and drive successful case outcomes. You'll work alongside a collaborative team of attorneys and staff while enjoying a supportive and growth-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a caseload of workers' compensation matters from inception to resolution Represent clients in hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials Draft and review pleadings, motions, and other legal documents Conduct case evaluations, settlement negotiations, and provide legal advice Stay current with workers' compensation and employment law developments Collaborate with firm leadership and team members on case strategies
What We're Looking For:
Active California Bar License (Required) 1-7 years of workers' compensation experience (employer or employee side) Strong negotiation, and client advocacy skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines with attention to detail Professional, proactive, and team-oriented mindset
What We Offer:

Schedule & Location:
Full-time, in-person role based in Glendale, CA Monday to Friday, 8-hour shift Must be able to commute or relocate before starting
