*Location:* In-person retail sales inside major retail stores (no door-to-door or remote work)

*Job Description:* We're looking for a motivated *Wireless Sales Associate* to join our in-store sales team! You'll help customers find the best wireless devices, set up new line activations, and deliver outstanding service inside our partner retail locations.

This is *not a remote or door-to-door position* - all work is conducted *face-to-face in a retail setting.*

*Pay Structure:* *$19.00-$22.00 per hour* This includes *hourly base pay* plus *performance-based bonuses.* We offer a guaranteed hourly wage, and top performers may earn additional incentives.

*Employment Type:* Full-Time Employee (W-2)

*What You'll Do:*

* Greet and assist walk-in customers in a professional and friendly manner * Recommend wireless devices, accessories, and service plans tailored to customer needs * Complete activations and process sales using company systems * Work collaboratively with your team to hit sales goals and support customer satisfaction * Stay up to date on product knowledge through paid training and ongoing development

*Requirements:*

* 18+ years old with eligibility to work in the U.S. * Comfortable working weekends, evenings, and retail holidays * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Sales experience is a plus, but not required - we offer full training
