Job Overview: As a Wireless Retail Consultant, you'll be an essential part of our Retail Team, representing the T-Mobile brand with enthusiasm and expertise. Your success is measured by your achievement of sales targets, customer experience, and quality metrics. Key Responsibilities: Assist customers with their needs, providing an exceptional customer experience that fosters loyalty. Utilize digital tools effectively during customer interactions and onboarding processes. Complete training on T-Mobile’s in-store experience, mastering new skills, processes, and systems. Proactively seek information between customer interactions to stay updated on innovations in wireless technology. Collaborate with T-Mobile colleagues across various channels, including business and customer service, to enhance the customer experience. Education and Experience: High School Diploma/GED (Required). Preferred: 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment. Skills and Abilities: Passion for Customer Satisfaction: Actively advocate for customer needs while effectively balancing performance goals. Team Player: Eager to be part of an innovative T-Mobile team, sharing best practices and working to resolve customer issues. Sales Driven: Confidence to excel in a competitive, fast-paced sales atmosphere. Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Compensation: Hourly Base Pay: $19.00 with an annual incentive target of $9,360. Actual incentive earnings may vary based on performance and full-time status. All T-Mobile employees are guaranteed to earn $20/hour, including base pay and incentives, plus eligibility for an Annual Stock Grant.
