Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for creating and teaching quality, functional exercise content to those 45 or better.
• Lead group exercise classes, including aerobics, aquatic aerobics, chair yoga, balance, and senior functional fitness.
• Develop and deliver safe, effective exercise programs for diverse participants.
• Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and correct form to ensure safety.
• Write and deliver safe and effective individualized programs for individuals.
• Knowledge of exercise techniques, proper form while being able to implement them into class setting.
• Modify exercises as necessary to accommodate all participants' levels and limitations.
• Maintain an energetic and motivating atmosphere to encourage participant engagement.
• Have all equipment set up properly and maintained before, during, and after each class.
• Maintain a clean and organized workout environment.
• Follow all safety guidelines and policies.
