As the Warranty and Retail Operations Specialist, you act as the driving force behind our HVAC retail repairs, warranty coordination, and retrofit sales. Your day involves coaching service managers, supporting field technicians, and ensuring that our team meets rigorous performance, certification, and training standards. You're hands-on, proactive, and collaborative-always balancing quality control with team development to keep operations running like clockwork.

REQUIREMENTS 5+ years in HVAC service/operations leadership Proficient in HVAC service procedures and warranty standards Strong team management and communication skills Strong computer and software skills (CMMS, Service Titan, Microsoft Office, etc.) Ability to obtain a Texas HVAC license within 2 years The ability to maintain a professional attitude, comply with all company policies, and provide 4 weeks' notice for resignation is preferred.
