ARE YOU THE WARRANTY AND RETAIL OPERATIONS MANAGER OUR TEAM NEEDS? 5+ years in HVAC service/operations leadership Proficient in HVAC service procedures and warranty standards Strong team management and communication skills Strong computer and software skills (CMMS, Service Titan, Microsoft Office, etc.) Ability to obtain a Texas HVAC license within 2 years The ability to maintain a professional attitude, comply with all company policies, and provide 4 weeks' notice for resignation is preferred.

WHAT VITAL ASSISTANCE DO YOU PROVIDE? This full-time position offers a consistent Monday–Friday schedule, 8 AM–5 PM, with after-hours phone availability for emergency situations. In this role, you guide the rhythm of our field operations. You manage the full scope of retail HVAC repairs, warranty claims, and retrofit sales while steering operational excellence. You provide daily direction and support to service managers and technician teams, ensuring they have the training, certifications, and motivation needed to succeed. Whether you're solving a warranty challenge or implementing a new performance initiative, your leadership is key to keeping both our customers and crews satisfied and supported.
