Operate mobile powered equipment safely and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area. Complete scheduled cleaning tasks and maintain records accurately. Ensure product quality and compliance with customer specifications. Handle all documentation and adhere to food safety practices meticulously. Support production needs on the floor whenever required. Follow all Environmental Health and Safety policies. Learn and comply with HACCP and Food Safety guidelines. Accept additional tasks as directed by management. Required Qualifications: Must be 18 years or older. Eligibility to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship. No humanitarian parole status concerning specific countries. Ability to perform basic math operations. Availability to work weekends and overtime. Willingness to undergo training for this position. Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English. Strong computer skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage tasks independently and in a timely manner. Capable of operating mobile powered equipment effectively. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in food manufacturing. Experience in production environments. Mechanical aptitude. Advanced computer skills.
