Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Support Associate, where you will play a key role in assembling and stocking store displays using cardboard and plastic materials. You'll have the opportunity to work with various tools such as hot glue guns, staplers, and zip ties, and may also operate shrink wrap machines and banders. This position requires standing for the full 8-hour shift, so you'll be active throughout the day as you collaborate with team members on a co-pack line. Following instructions effectively and working as part of a team is essential. Key Responsibilities: Lift up to 25 lbs consistently; assistance will be provided for heavier items. Voluntary overtime may be optional during high-demand periods. Enjoy two paid 20-minute breaks during your shift; note that there is no 30-minute lunch break. Utilize available microwaves, refrigerators, and vending machines on-site. Work in a climate-controlled warehouse, ensuring a comfortable environment. Due to limited parking, please arrive 10-15 minutes early, as you may need to park in the back lot and walk around the building. As a part of our warehouse team, your responsibilities may include: Independently or collaboratively picking, packing, and shipping items. Safely relocating and repacking inventory items as necessary, with a maximum weight of up to 50 lbs. Operating machinery and equipment safely as trained. Engaging in physical tasks such as reaching, crouching, and bending as needed. Maintaining a fast pace on your feet throughout the entire shift. Adapting to a warehouse environment that includes forklifts, machinery, and large trucks. Wearing appropriate close-toed shoes and pants as per workplace requirements.
