Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the efficient and organized operation of our warehouse. Your responsibilities will include managing a team, ensuring inventory accuracy, and collaborating with various departments to meet our production and distribution goals.

Responsibilities: Supervise and lead a team of warehouse associates, providing guidance and support. Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods. Ensure the accuracy of inventory records through regular cycle counting and reconciliations. Coordinate with the transportation department to manage inbound and outbound shipments. Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations. Train and onboard new warehouse staff. Manage and update inventory records using Oracle and SAP software. Optimize warehouse layout and storage to maximize efficiency. Collaborate with other departments, such as production and logistics, to meet operational goals. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track warehouse performance. Implement and maintain best practices for inventory control and warehouse management. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree or related certifications are a plus). Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role. Familiarity with Oracle and SAP software for inventory management. Strong leadership and communication skills. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks. Knowledge of safety regulations and practices.
