Location: Fryeburg, Maine CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking detail-oriented and reliable Warehouse Quality Control Associates to join our team in Fryeburg, ME. This position is responsible for performing thorough quality checks on all incoming and outgoing loads, as well as monitoring ongoing production line standards. The ideal candidate will help ensure our products meet USDA and internal quality and food safety standards.

You will report directly to the Warehouse Assistant Production Manager and play a key role in maintaining the integrity of our product quality and food safety program. Responsibilities:

Inspect all incoming loads and report findings to the Sales Team and Management Conduct quality checks on outgoing loads to verify they meet USDA and Green Thumb Farms standards Perform hourly line checks on all production lines to maintain quality compliance Oversee cleanliness and proper washing of potatoes at the back of the line File and approve all daily and weekly food safety paperwork Complete finished product checks to ensure compliance with Maine USDA and company standards Enforce food safety programs across the plant Assist in training new and current staff on food safety and quality issues Stage and prepare all door sales orders for pickup or delivery Desired Background/Skills:

High attention to detail and strong analytical skills Effective communication skills to work with cross-functional teams Familiarity with quality control procedures and best practices Previous experience in a Quality Control or Quality Technician role is preferred but not required — we provide training for the right candidate!
