Our client, a leading supplier of building materials, is looking for a Stock Picker to join their team in Goodyear, AZ. In this role, you will help maintain inventory accuracy by picking, preparing, and organizing stock for shipping or internal transfer. Key Responsibilities: Accurately pick stock items from shelves or bins using pick tickets or handheld scanners. Operate stock picking equipment (manual or powered, such as order pickers or cherry pickers). Prepare picked items for shipping or internal transfer. Assist with stocking and organizing inventory in the warehouse. Conduct routine cycle counts and report inventory discrepancies. Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Requirements: Previous warehouse or stock picking experience preferred. Ability to read and interpret pick tickets and inventory labels. Comfortable working at heights and using stock picker equipment. Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, walk, or climb for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Basic computer or scanner skills. Pay & Schedule: Pay:  $20–$21/hr Schedule:  2nd shift, Monday–Friday
