Key Responsibilities: Receiving and Unloading: Safely and timely unload trucks and deliveries while inspecting incoming shipments for accuracy and condition. Inventory Management: Help maintain accurate counts and records of inventory while organizing and storing items in their designated areas. Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards to ensure all orders are accurate and meet our quality expectations. General Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized workspace by performing routine tasks such as sweeping and trash removal. Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all safety policies and procedures while using tools and equipment responsibly and reporting any safety hazards to your supervisor. Team Collaboration: Work cooperatively with fellow team members to meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals through effective communication. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs). Basic math and reading skills. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic. Capability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team. Preferred Skills: Prior warehouse or similar experience (not required). Familiarity with warehouse management systems or inventory software (a plus). Forklift certification (a plus). Work Environment: Regular lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
