Develop and support direct and indirect reports, ensuring effective selection and training of qualified personnel. Conduct self-audits of processes and accountability while managing SOX compliance. Skills Required: Excellent project management and communication skills. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain, or equivalent experience required. Five or more years of relevant experience and team management.
