Pay Type: Exempt / Salary paid Twice Per Month Annual Salary Pay: $100,000 - $110,000 per year based on experience Annual Bonus Incentive: Up to 20% of salary per year Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:30 am to 4:30 pm CST with additional hours as needed. Develop and support direct and indirect reports, ensuring effective selection and training of qualified personnel. Create processes to enhance workflow, ensuring KPI tracking and customer satisfaction. Focus on employee retention, safety, and cost reduction through process improvements. Conduct self-audits of processes and accountability while managing SOX compliance. Skills Required: Excellent project management and communication skills. Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. Advanced knowledge of logistics, transportation, and Ryder's internal systems. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain, or equivalent experience required. Five or more years of relevant experience and team management. Proven ability in developing and implementing logistics solutions and project management. This role is not DOT Regulated.
