The Warehouse Inventory Associate/Supervisor is responsible for managing all aspects of warehouse product inventory, including inbound receiving, outbound fulfillment, hands-on pick and pack tasks, and program improvements. This role involves using NetSuite to track inventory movement and helping lead the warehouse team.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders to meet or exceed delivery schedules. Ensure timely and accurate processing of purchase orders, receipts, and deliveries. Thoroughly audit orders for accuracy before shipment. Conduct weekly cycle counts and reconciliations. Optimize warehouse organization and enforce safety protocols to maximize operational efficiency. Proactively implement and manage reporting and accountability measures to reduce shrinkage. Help manage warehouse associates through oversight, training, and

coaching. Foster teamwork and continuous improvement.

Education:

Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent. AA, BA, or BS in supply chain, logistics, or a related field is a plus.

Experience:

12 years of experience in inventory management or warehouse operations (receiving, fulfillment, and shipping). Previous retail store stock experience is a plus.

Skills:

Strong attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency with inventory systems such as NetSuite or QuickBooks. Basic math and familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Suite.

Work Environment:

Work is primarily conducted in a warehouse setting. Physical tasks include lifting, standing, and operating warehouse equipment. Must adhere to all safety protocols.
