We're looking for someone with drive, energy, and pride in a job well done. You'll be moving product, operating equipment, checking quality, and being a key part of a team that runs on hustle, teamwork, and the love of good snacks.
What You'll Be Doing: Load and unload product like a machine (a really fast, careful one). Pick and prepare customer orders with speed and precision. Use equipment like forklifts, pallet jacks, and stretch wrappers - safely and confidently. Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and ready for action - following all food safety and GMP standards. Help count inventory, complete paperwork, and make sure every shipment goes out the door perfectly. Communicate with your team, jump in to help others, and keep things moving. Bring ideas to the table - we love improving how we work. Physical & Work Environment: You'll be standing, walking, lifting, stacking, and moving constantly. Loud environment with changing temps - it's a warehouse, but with the added bonus of smelling like snacks. Occasional stair climbing and weekend shifts (chips don't rest, and sometimes we don't either). Why This Role Matters:
