Our Core Values: Perseverance / Integrity / Family / Stability / Competency Roles And Responsibilities Inventory Management: Organize and store products in the appropriate locations within the warehouse; maintain accurate inventory records Order Picking: Accurately pick products based on customer orders and prepare them for shipment Packing: Pack products securely for shipment, ensuring that they are properly labeled and protected for transportation Shipping: Prepare shipments, ensuring proper documentation, labels, and shipping methods are followed Maintaining Cleanliness: Keep the warehouse neat, clean, and organized to ensure safety and efficiency Safety Compliance: Follow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks safely and efficiently (training may be provided) Driving: Drive/operate company vehicles to transport goods between warehouse locations and/or customer sites Team Collaboration: Work closely with other warehouse associates, supervisors, and management to meet daily targets and address any operational issues Record Keeping: Assist with updating inventory records, tracking shipments, and maintaining logs as required Additional Responsibilities: Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor Minimum Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Current valid driver's license and DOT health card Strong attention to detail with ability to maintain accuracy in work Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle repetitive tasks Forklift certification (if applicable) or willingness to obtain one Ability to operate hand power tools Basic computer skills sufficient to perform the job Preferred Skills Previous warehouse experience Basic knowledge of inventory systems Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for long periods Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 100 lbs. or more Comfortable working in various warehouse environments, including temperature-controlled areas What's in it for You Health Insurance with company-match HSA Company-paid Dental, Life, and Short-term Disability insurance 401k/Profit sharing Vacation, Holiday, and Sick pay Being a valued & appreciated team member of a premier family-owned company
