Position Overview: As a Warehouse Associate I for Ultrasound, you will play a crucial role in managing shipments and inventory. Your responsibilities will include processing outgoing and incoming shipments, maintaining warehouse organization, assisting with inventory counts, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage both domestic and international outgoing shipments by pulling, packing, and scheduling them accurately and efficiently.
Handle incoming purchase orders and returned goods by receiving, checking for completeness, and processing according to established procedures.
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse by packing and labeling stock, conducting daily cleaning, and ensuring efficient use of warehouse space.
Assist with physical inventory counts and manage parts scheduling for repairs.
Respond promptly to emergency parts shipment requests outside of regular hours.
Process data inputs related to parts inventory and respond to inquiries from team members.
Qualifications:
2-3 years of previous warehouse experience preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Valid driver's license and forklift operation certification required.
Ability to follow instructions, resolve issues efficiently, and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
Good computer skills are essential.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and up to 70 pounds occasionally.
Capable of standing and walking for long periods, as well as bending and using hands for small power tools.
