Warehouse Associate / Cherry Picker Operator 1st shift / Mon-Thur / 8am - 5pm $18.50/hour Greenville, SC

PrideStaff Greenville is seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Associate / Cherry Picker Operator on behalf of our client in the Pelham Road area of Greenville, SC.

The Warehouse Associate / Cherry Picker Operator will be responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of all warehouse functions, from picking and packing orders to managing inventory and maintaining a clean workspace. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can work both independently and collaboratively to meet daily goals.

Warehouse Associate / Cherry Picker Operator Responsibilities include:

Operate warehouse machinery, including a cherry picker, forklift, industrial shrink-wrap, and order picking machines Pick and prepare customer orders for shipping Count and compare physical inventory to customer orders, reconciling any discrepancies Unload incoming merchandise from trucks and place it in the correct stock or overstock locations Update and maintain accurate records of returns in our accounting software (FM) Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment by performing daily cleaning tasks Assist with general maintenance and other duties as assigned

Warehouse Associate / Cherry Picker Operator Requirements include: 2 years or more of proven cherry picker operating 3 years or more of proven warehouse experience Proficiency with accounting software is a plus Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Experience operating a cherry picker lift, forklift, industrial shrink-wrap, and order picking machines Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, and reach on a daily basis Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with others Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Must be able to use a computer, printer, fax machine, telephone, and copier
