Job Requirements The Aubuchon Company is seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate to ensure timely and accurate deliveries to customers and store locations while providing exceptional service. As a representative of our company, you will play a key role in creating a positive customer experience through safe driving, accurate order handling, and professional interactions. What You'll Do: Provide world-class customer service, ensuring customers feel valued throughout their shopping experience. Actively greet customers, understand their needs, and confidently guide them to solutions. Recommend products and complementary items to complete projects, explaining features and applications. Use Theatro communication technology to stay connected with the team. Promote the loyalty program, in-store events, and monthly promotions. Encourage customers to share feedback via Google reviews or other company-approved platforms. Accurately process sales and returns using the POS system. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, including aisles, shelves, and cashier stations. Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to management. Safely deliver products to customers and store locations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Provide outstanding customer service, addressing questions and assisting with unloading as needed. Communicate delivery status and estimated arrival times with customers. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs. Follow all traffic laws and company safety protocols to ensure safe operations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle. Assist with loading and securing merchandise to prevent damage. Support in-store operations by stocking merchandise and assisting customers when not making deliveries. Additional Duties for CDL Drivers: Operate commercial vehicles in compliance with all applicable laws and company policies. Maintain accurate driving logs and ensure legal compliance. Manage fuel needs and conduct additional vehicle safety inspections. Work Experience: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Must be at least 18 years old (21+ for CDL drivers). Valid Class A or Class B license (with airbrake endorsement) with a clean driving record. Prior delivery experience preferred. Strong knowledge of local areas and navigation skills. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Reliable, punctual, and skilled in time management. Ability to pass a motor vehicle record check. CDL license required for commercial vehicle operation. Must be comfortable working in an animal-friendly environment (accommodations available upon request).
