We’re looking for a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our metal fabrication company. This is not your typical desk job — if you’re comfortable shifting between the office and the warehouse, enjoy keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, and take pride in accuracy and accountability, you might be exactly who we need.
Responsibilities:
Assist with hiring coordination (posting jobs, scheduling interviews, onboarding tasks, coordinating with agencies) Handle customer service and phone support with professionalism and clarity Assist in managing payroll and timecard reporting with a high level of accuracy Perform general administrative duties to support office and operations teams Work closely with both office staff and shop floor employees to maintain workflow and communication
Qualifications:
Minimum of an associate’s degree preferred. High school diploma accepted with strong, relevant administrative experience. Strong computer skills — must be fluent in Microsoft Office, most importantly Excel High attention to detail and strong organizational habits Experience with basic HR, payroll, or timekeeping systems is a plus Reliable, self-motivated, and able to adapt to both structured and dynamic environments Professional communication skills — both written and verbal Comfortable working in both office and warehouse settings Must be punctual and dependable
