We're seeking a Visual Merchandising Specialist to join our team and help bring our brand to life through compelling visual storytelling. This role supports a variety of merchandising initiatives, from task coordination to mock store management, ensuring excellence in execution and reporting.
This role sits on site 5 days a week in Grapevine, TX.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to internal emails Utilize Microsoft Excel to manage data and reporting Create, assign, and track Visual Merchandising tasks via YOOBIC Compile and publish completion reports for field execution Maintain and update Mock Store Assist in all other Visual Merchandising initiatives and projects Occasional travel to local stores or events Required Skills and Qualifications: Effective written and verbal communication Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools Experience with Adobe InDesign or Photoshop is a plus Organizational mindset with task and time management skills Attentive to detail and creative instincts Collaborative team player Strong visual eye with an understanding of brand consistency Ability to lift and move materials up to 25lbs Experience Required: High school diploma or equivalent experience Experience Preferred: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Merchandising, Communication, Design, Marketing, or a related field 1-2 years working in retail environment
