Position Overview:
We’re hiring a hands-on, strategic  Vice President of Field Services (Fulfillment)  to lead national operations for a growing cable fulfillment provider. This executive role oversees day-to-day fulfillment activities, including installations, maintenance, and service, with a strong focus on performance, scalability, and client relationships.

Position:  Vice President of Field Services (Fulfillment)
Location:  Austin or Dallas, TX
Pay Range:  $145K-$165K (negotiable based on experience)
Position Type:  Full-Time | W2 | Direct Hire
Key Requirements:
10+ years in field services and fulfillment operations (cable/broadband/telecom) 5+ years in senior or executive leadership with multi-state oversight Experience managing internal teams and subcontractors Strong operational background in installs, maintenance, and service workflows Proven P&L ownership and ability to drive performance KPIs Familiarity with workforce management tools and field CRMs Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills Willing to travel as needed to support field operations and client relationships
Key Responsibilities:
Lead national fulfillment operations strategy and execution Oversee installs, disconnects, reconnects, and service work across multiple markets Manage and mentor regional managers, field supervisors, and technicians Own P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting Drive field performance, scheduling efficiency, and service quality Serve as the executive point of contact for high-visibility client relationships Develop scalable processes and field ops infrastructure Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and quality standards Evaluate and implement field tech tools (WFM, CRM, routing systems)
