In this dynamic role, you will define and implement our comprehensive media strategy, driving impactful outcomes through innovative commerce solutions. Your responsibilities include managing a talented and diverse team, establishing best practices in commerce and retail media planning, and spearheading business development efforts. You will serve as a key liaison to retail leaders within client organizations, offering tailored solutions and expert guidance on integrated media strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 8 years in digital marketing, with at least 5 years in professional services, and a minimum of 3 years in roles associated with retail media networks or brands executing retail media campaigns. A proven track record in translating retail media initiatives into significant business results is essential. Familiarity with the US retail environment and expertise in the necessary AdTech for retail media advertising is required. You will be expected to lead innovative initiatives, develop complex business processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create comprehensive commerce and retail media solutions.
