About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Educational Recruitment Services to spearhead the growth of its schools division. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic leadership in the development and execution of recruitment strategies tailored for educational institutions and school programs. This executive role involves overseeing recruitment operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and aligning talent acquisition initiatives with organizational goals. The VP will also be instrumental in shaping long-term recruitment strategies, mentoring a team of recruitment professionals, and building strong relationships with educational leaders and industry stakeholders.

Applicants for the Vice President of Educational Recruitment Services position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in education, business administration, or a related field, with a Master’s degree or advanced certification in educational leadership preferred. A minimum of 8-10 years' of experience in recruitment, with at least 5 years' in a leadership role, is required, particularly in the education sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large recruitment teams, delivering high-volume staffing solutions, and designing recruitment strategies for K-12 or related educational programs. Strong analytical, process-oriented, and data-driven leadership skills are essential, as is the ability to communicate effectively with C-level executives and external stakeholders. A servant-leadership mindset, experience with AI-based tools and recruitment technologies, and a commitment to building collaborative, high-performing teams are also key qualifications for this role.
