Hometown Veterinary Hospital-Client Service Representative Springfield, MO Full time: 4-day work week; Tuesday-Friday Clinic hours:  7am to 5pm-availability needed 6:45am-5:30pm

We’re currently looking for a Customer Service Representative (Receptionist) to join our team. You’ll be the first point of contact for our clients—setting the tone for their experience with us—so a warm, professional, and detail-oriented approach is key.
What You’ll Do: · Provide exceptional customer service in person, over the phone, and via email · Answer phones, schedule appointments, and confirm visits · Greet and check clients in and out of the hospital · Educate clients about products and services · Collaborate with the medical team to support daily operations · Process prescription refill requests (in-clinic and online) · Retrieve and deliver lab results, referral reports, and past records to the team in a timely manner · Maintain a clean, welcoming lobby environment · Mentor and support fellow team members · Demonstrate empathy and professionalism in all interactions · Follow protocols and procedures with consistency and fairness · Work independently and efficiently · Basic math skills required · Maintains punctual and reliable attendance
