Metro Paws Animal Hospital in Oak Cliff (Dallas, TX) is seeking a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our dedicated veterinary team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you'll play a key role in providing a warm, welcoming, and professional experience for pets and their families.

About the Role

As a Veterinary Client Service Representative , you will: Manage front desk operations and ensure smooth daily workflow Greet clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism Schedule appointments, answer phone inquiries, and handle client communications Process payments, explain treatment plans, and provide outstanding client support Work collaboratively with our medical team to deliver an excellent veterinary experience

This is a fast-paced veterinary clinic role , perfect for candidates who are compassionate, organized, and able to multitask while keeping client service a top priority. What We're Looking For Excellent communication and customer service skills A compassionate, client-focused attitude Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Professionalism and reliability Previous veterinary or medical receptionist experience is a plus (but not required!) We are currently expanding our hours and need candidates who are available to work: Evening shifts until 8 PM and/or 11 PM At least one weekend shift
