The Retail Service Marketing team at Ford Motor Company is responsible for nurturing owner relationships through engaging marketing communications that drive loyalty and generate retail parts and service purchases. The team supports key business units within the Ford Customer Service Division (FCSD) by implementing campaigns that showcase the value and ease of doing business with Ford.
The CX/FCSD Retail Service Marketing specialist will develop integrated, multi-channel marketing plans that communicate differentiated experiences and extended service contracts. These plans contribute to a personalized customer experience from the moment they choose Ford, ensuring confidence in their journey ahead.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
5+ years in marketing, advertising, or customer experience.
2+ years in automotive marketing.
Experience developing Omni-channel marketing strategies (Paid and Owned).
Experience managing campaign strategies and marketing asset production.
Strong data analytical skills to derive insights from performance metrics.
Ability to manage project goals independently, multitask, prioritize, and organize workload.
Effective collaboration and consensus-building skills with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Budget management skills to achieve goals within set funding.
Solution-oriented with effective communication skills.
Experience in marketing or advertising roles, agency or client side.

Become an expert on FCSD Ford Protect and CX priorities shaping Ford’s future and customer experience.
Develop and present go-to-market and channel/content strategies that are customer-centric and deliver high-quality, timely creative assets.
Co-create and manage the strategic communications of customer journeys to generate awareness, engagement, and retention through remote experiences and extended service contracts.
Strategize, plan, and prioritize creative content to ensure brand consistency and effectiveness across channels and advertising tiers.
Analyze data and insights to evaluate performance and continuously improve marketing strategies and content.
Lead weekly discussions with stakeholders to align on progress and strategies.
