Undergrad Software Engineer - Full-time Intern Conversion

Software Engineer Position Design, develop, troubleshoot, and debug software programs for databases, applications, tools, networks, etc. As a member of the software engineering division, you will apply basic to intermediate knowledge of software architecture to perform software development tasks associated with developing, debugging, or designing software applications or operating systems according to provided design specifications. Build enhancements within an existing software architecture and occasionally suggest improvements to the architecture. Responsibilities This FTE conversion requisition is ONLY for current Oracle PD interns (non-OCI) to be rehired for full-time roles. Intended for students graduating with their Bachelor's degree by, or have graduated within, 12 months of cohort start date in June/July 2026. Target Start Date: early-June or mid-July. Duties and tasks are standard with some variation; displays understanding of roles, processes, and procedures. Performs moderately complex problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying company policies and processes. What You'll Bring (Objective Minimum Qualifications) To be considered for a Software Engineer position at Oracle, you must possess the Objective Minimum Qualifications (OMQs) below. Graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent science/engineering field by August 2026. Are proficient (i.e., able to complete coding projects with no assistance) in one or more of these programming languages: Java, Python, C, C#, C++, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, SQL, Scala. Have completed coursework, projects, internships, and/or research in 3 or more of the following: Algorithms and Data Structures, Artificial Intelligence, Big Data, Database, Machine Learning, Object-Oriented Programming, Operating Systems, Software Programming, Web Development, Micro-Services Architecture, Container Architectures (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), User Interface Design. Reside in the United States and/or attend a university in the US. Able to obtain work authorization in the US in 2026. Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only. US: Hiring Range in USD from: $57,000 to $141,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
