About the Position

Treston Security Services is seeking professional and dependable Unarmed Security Officers for a retail client located on Hollywood Blvd in Los Angeles, CA. Officers will maintain a visible presence inside and outside the store to ensure a safe, welcoming environment for customers and staff while deterring theft, loitering, and unwanted activity.

Responsibilities

Maintain a professional and visible presence throughout the store and surrounding area. Greet customers and provide excellent customer service while maintaining situational awareness. Deter theft, trespassing, and disruptive behavior through proactive patrols and engagement. Control access at the store entrance and monitor foot traffic. Respond promptly and appropriately to incidents or disturbances. Complete accurate and detailed daily activity and incident reports. Communicate effectively with store management, Treston supervisors, and law enforcement as needed. Requirements Valid California Guard Card (required). Prior retail, loss prevention, or asset protection experience preferred. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time. Professional appearance, punctuality, and reliability required. Must have reliable transportation to and from site.
