Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $16.15 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeTue12:00 AM - 08:00 AMThur12:00 AM - 08:00 AMSun08:00 AM - 04:00 PM What You’ll Do: Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and respond to emergencies when appropriate. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity. Observe and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or irregularities encountered during patrols. Assist with access control and monitor entry and exit points as required by site-specific procedures. Communicate with Allied Universal management and site personnel regarding incidents, concerns, or security-related matters. Maintain a visible presence to help to deter theft and other unwanted activity within the retail environment. What We’re Looking For: Availability across various days and shifts Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available Minimum Requirements: Customer service experience is preferred. Access control and/or badge experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
