Job responsibilities:

Work 40 hours per week with 12-hour shifts. Collaborate with the care team to coordinate therapy plans and discharge recommendations. Provide therapeutic interventions and track patient progress toward measurable goals. Evaluate functional status and develop a treatment plan aligned with clinician goals and patient needs.
