Job responsibilities:

Evaluate functional status and develop a treatment plan aligned with clinician goals and patient needs. Support safe mobility and use standardized safety practices during sessions. Work 40 hours per week with 8-hour shifts. Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, safety strategies, and home programs as appropriate.
