HealthTrust Workforce Solutions HCA is seeking a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a travel nursing job in North Logan, Utah. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Labor and Delivery Discipline: RN Start Date: 09/01/2025 Duration: 13 weeks 12 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Number of Beds : 6 - LDRP, 3 – SCN (Special Care Nursery) level 2 ·       Cost Center: 26700 ·       Length of contract: 13 wks ·       Shift: 1 – night 1700-0500, 1 - day- 0500-1700 ·       Patient Ratios : up to 2:1 for LD, or up to 4:1 Mom/baby couplets, 1:1 SCN ·       Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability): 1 – OB Tech/CNA/Clerk, 2-3 RN’s per shift. RT at delivery. ·       Type of equipment : GE, HillRom, Alaris ·       Documentation system: CPN, Meditech ·       Scheduling requirements: X3- 12 shifts a week, rotating weekends ·       Floating policy: LDRP unit - LD, Mom/baby, well baby, and SCN level 2. ·       On Call Expectations: potential need. ·       Weekend Requirement: every other weekend, rotating ·       Patient Experience requirements: RN treats patient with courtesy and respect, and the RN Listened carefully. Hospital Specifics- ·       Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, STABLE, AWHONN Fetal Heart Monitoring
Must have: · Labor and Delivery and SCN level 2 experience, LDRP experience preferred. RN circulator for C-sections. Rural hospital setting, both candidates need to have experience in both areas if possible. We have very few SCN level 2 newborns admissions; RN’s have to be able to cover those shifts when they arise. · Meditech and CPN EXP REQUIRED Advanced skills needed: UVC maintenance, neonatal IV, neonatal ABX, neonatal NG tube Feedings, PPV, bubble CPAP, oxygen weaning.
