Gross weekly:- $2366/week
Shift:- 40hrs/wk 10-hour shift - varying days (including weekend coverage).
Contract Duration:- 13 weeks (Possibly chances for extension as well)

Required:
40hrs/wk 10-hour shift - varying days (including weekend coverage).    "We are looking to fill an RN role within the HomeCare and Hospice department. This is primarily to ease the burden on our staff while we transition to a new EMR.

Home Health RN needed. Ideal candidate would have hospice experience as well.
Our staff are cross trained to do both, which is very important when On Call. However, we would consider someone with just home health experience, as long as they are willing to do some hospice.

SKILLED Home Care and Hospice programs.
40hrs/wk. 10-hour shift - varying days (including weekend coverage). 12 Weeks 
On call: Roughly 7 days per month; Every third to fourth weekend. ON call is 8am-8am with potential for call outs after hours
Includes driving to multiple homes in a day. Service area is approximately 1 hour from office. We try hard to group patients into select areas for efficiently
Acute and Chronic care management. Post surgical, geriatric, rarely have pediatric patients.
Use home health notify, communication app with patient and each other to document patient encounters and provide updates to staff
We don't have a firm productivity standard but would expect 5-6 routine visits in a 10hr day.
With SKILLED home health experience, should be easy transition.
Kinser Well sky charting system is very easy to learn. We are in the middle of implementation with MatrixCare (GO LIVE Hospice is Oct 1st. GO LIVE HomeCare is Oct 13th) 
Oasis experience required. 
Tourist Attractions:  Fall colors are beautiful. We are located right on Lake Michigan. There is a beautiful Boardwalk that is about 4 miles long, running along lake Michigan. The UP area is known for hunting, fishing, hiking, biking, waterfalls, fall colors. We have a gym, yoga studio, art center, small shops and restaurants downtown. Anyone who loves the outdoors would love this area. There are also various community events that happen year round.
What does your orientation consist of? (Classroom, on unit, how long, testing?) We have very limited experience with traveling nurses. I would expect that whomever is coming would know the Oasis and the rules with Homecare services. We would take a few days to train them on our EMR, have them shadow with another RN for a day or two and another day to review our polices, procedures etc. We rely on the compliance information from the recruiting company, but will do a drug screen upon the RN coming onsite on their first day.
