Job responsibilities:
Support safe transitions of care, including handoffs and care plan updates. Work 36 hours per week with 13-hour shifts. Prepare patients for diagnostic tests or procedures and provide post-procedure monitoring as indicated. Assess patient status and respond to changes using established clinical protocols.
