Contract length: 13 weeks Shift length: 12 hour shifts Hours per week: 48 Start Date: ASAP

Job responsibilities:

Work 48 hours per week with 12-hour shifts. Support safe transitions of care, including handoffs and care plan updates. Coordinate patient care activities with physicians and other clinical team members. Prepare patients for diagnostic tests or procedures and provide post-procedure monitoring as indicated.
